What is Osteopathy?
Osteopathy is a hands-on therapy that recognizes that all structures in the body are interconnected and interdependent. Osteopathy focuses on how your joints, muscles, nerves, circulation and connective tissues work together. We use gentle techniques to reduce restrictions & tightness, helping the body move with less pain and more mobility. Exercises are often recommended to help speed up your progress.
Osteopathy is covered by most extended insurance plans without the need of a doctor’s prescription (please verify the details of your plan).
